Taught in less of a "workshop" style and has more of a "master class" feel to it, Goldie will lead you through a creative, but more importantly, well thought out vinyasa sequence with an emphasis on intuitive movement and your internal, rhythmic pace. Open to all, regardless of practitioner level, each posture will be presented with modifications for both the beginner and advanced student.
A flow-based workshop with a focus on deep, delicious side bends. You know, the kind where you find yourself uncontrollably laughing! The plan is to access our side body to create new found space, new found sensation, and in turn, new found asanas. If you have a rib cage and like to move, this class is suited for you.
An all levels, flow-based experience with a focus on hip opening and arm balancing. Be prepared to have fun, sweat, fly and fall a few times. We will warm the body through flow and repetition, work on wrist drills, open the hips in a deep way, and eventually workshop some rad arm balances.
