Lateral stretching, often referred to as “side body opening” feels universally good and is something we all crave and need on a daily basis. As many of us plow through life head on and live in linear behaviors, we will breathe and move into our side body to create new found space, new found sensation, and in turn, new found asanas. If you have a rib cage and like to move, this class is suited for you.
