Props to You – Coolidge Corner Yoga

Don’t let props fool you. They’re not just for restorative and yin classes. There’s an unfortunate misconception that props such as blocks, straps and blankets are only for the lazy and novice. Wrong! The more advanced student knows how to use props to deepen their experience and properly fold and unfold their body. This workshop will be taught in a flow style, using props 100% of the class. We will sweat, get creative, and learn how to make your day to day practice more potent so you can take what you've learned into all classes, even when props aren't cued. If this class was a kid, this would be "The Cool Kid."
