Goldie Graham will lead students through an intelligent, creative Vinyasa sequence with an emphasis on intuitive movement and the internal metronome. Class starts with pranayama (breath work) and visualization, which will lead into asana and eventually build up to a stronger flow working toward postural peaks. Goldie is known for her ability to create fluid, innovative and intuitive sequences that simply feel good when tried on. If you like to flow, this class is for you! G-Flow is taught less as a "workshop" and more as a "master class."
