Runner's World Half & Festival: Yoga for Runner's

Join Goldie Graham for 45-minutes of pre-race yoga. This class is prepared specifically for runners to ease stiff muscles and help you prepare your body for the half marathon on Sunday. This session is open to race weekend participants and their guests, so please feel free to bring a friend when coming to pick up your race bib.  Session space is limited, so please reserve your space today.
