All you 10K runners, join us at 11a.m. for a post race yoga session with Goldie Graham. This short class will be tailored to runners but will feel good on all bodies regardless of what kind of athlete you are! Taking this extra time after the race will help you actively recover and lets face it, most of us need more yoga in our lives. Yoga mats and blocks will be available for use, or bring your own.
