Bundle #2 of Goldie Yoga Classes

Class 1: Yoga for Runners/Athletes (30 minutes)
This class is tailored to target everything from the pelvis down. We start with a few “tin-man” sun A variations for the tight/sore body. We then move into a basic flow to warm and “grease our machine.” Class concludes with a couple of static postures that we hold to gain depth in our stretches. You don’t have to be a runner to enjoy this class. This is for any and all bodies who need some TLC for the bottom half of the body. Optional yoga props: 2 blocks, 1 strap.

Class 2: Coffee Fix (40 minutes)
Good Morning Sunshine! This class was specially made with your fresh but tight morning body in mind. Class is a well rounded experience, touching on everything from neck, wrists, and shoulders, to hamstrings, hips and a few twists. The energy is both grounded but invigorating as we flow at a pace that wakes us up without beating us up. No matter what time of day it is, this one is sure to make you feel like a better version of yourself. Optional yoga props: 2 blocks, 1 strap, 1 blanket. 

Class 3: G-Flow (60 minutes): For the vinyasa obsessed! This sequence is supremely unique and there are no peak postures. Instead, we do a little bit of everything with the focus being on moving our bodies outside of the “alignment box” and into the intuitive, 360°, freedom craving creatures we are. Your attention will be captivated and you will not be bored! Optional yoga props: 2 blocks, 1 strap, 1 blanket.

Class 4: Jet Legz (20 minutes)
Ever get off a plane, train or automobile and wish you could take a short but inclusive yoga class that would target all of the spots in your body that scream while seated? Well, I got you! Within 20 minutes we will transform our achey travel bodies back to the resilient beings they are so we can not only continue to be the powerhouses we are, but sleep better too. Optional yoga props: 2 blocks, 1 strap, 1 blanket.
